About approval of the Regulations on State Final Examination of pupils (pupils) in system of general secondary education
According to the Law of Ukraine "About general secondary education", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 16.11.2000 No. 1717 "About transition of general education educational institutions to new content, structure and 12-year term of training" (with changes) and of 25.08.2004 No. 1095 "Some questions of implementation of external independent estimation and monitoring of quality of education" (with changes) I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on State Final Examination of pupils (pupils) in system of general secondary education which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of 14.12.2000 N 588 "About approval of the Regulations on State Final Examination of pupils (pupils) in system of general secondary education", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 19.12.2000 for N 925/5146.
3. Enact Regulations on State Final Examination of pupils (pupils) in system of general secondary education from 2007/2008 academic years.
4. Publish the order in the Information collection of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Obrazovaniye Ukrainy newspaper, to post the ministries on the website.
5. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy minister of the Polyansky Item B.
