the goods coming from the Republic of Belarus and the countries listed in appendix 2 to this Decree with which in trade and economic relations the Republic of Belarus applies free trade regime and the Republic of Belarus imported on customs area with violation of conditions, the stipulated in Item 9 Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin approved by the Decision of Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 30, 2000 are assessed with import customs duties;
goods which origin from the Republic of Belarus and the countries specified in appendix 2 to this Decree with which in trade and economic relations the Republic of Belarus applies free trade regime is not confirmed in the cases determined by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus with the certificate of origin of the CT-1, form are assessed with import customs duties;
