According to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", Article 17, Item 2 of the Section IX "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine" and in pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 08.12.2006 of N1700 "About Introduction of Amendments to Some Acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" we ORDER:

1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on development, production, use, operation, certified testing, case studies, examination, import, export of cryptosystems and means of cryptographic information security, provision of services in the field of cryptographic information security (except services of the digital signature), trade in cryptosystems and means of cryptographic information security (further - Licensed conditions) and the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on development, production, use, operation, certified testing, case studies, examination, import, export of cryptosystems and means of cryptographic information security, to provision of services in the field of cryptographic information security (except services of the digital signature), to trade in cryptosystems and means of cryptographic information security which are applied.

2. To department of licensing of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship (Ivanchenko O. B.), to Department of regulation of activities in the field of cryptographic information security of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine (Grebnev V. P.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. (Grebnev V. P.) to provide to the head of the department of regulation of activities in the field of cryptographic information security of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine publication of the order in mass media.

4. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship, Department of special telecommunication systems and information security of the Security Service of Ukraine of 29.12.2000 N88/66 "About Approval of Licensed Conditions of Implementation of Economic Activity on Development, Production, Use, Operation, Certified Testing, Case Studies, Examination, to Import, Export of Cryptosystems and Means of Cryptographic Information Security, Rendering of Services in the field of Cryptographic Information Security, Trade in Cryptosystems and Means of Cryptographic Information Security" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 20.01.2001 for N49/5240 (in edition of the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship, Department of special telecommunication systems and information security of the Security Service of Ukraine of 15.10.2004 N121/80.

Bring in the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship, Department of special telecommunication systems and information security of the Security Service of Ukraine of 12.12.2001 of N151/72 "About approval of the Procedure for control of observance of licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on development, production, use, operation, certified testing, case studies, examination, to import, export of cryptosystems and means of cryptographic information security, rendering of services in the field of cryptographic information security, trade in cryptosystems and means of cryptographic information security; to development, production, implementation, servicing, research of efficiency of systems and means of technical information security, rendering of services in the field of technical information security", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 27.12.2001 for N1085/6276 (further - the Order), such changes:

5.1. In the name and Item 1 of the Order of the word "to development, production, use, operation, certified testing, case studies, examination, import, export of cryptosystems and means of cryptographic information security, rendering of services in the field of cryptographic information security, trade in cryptosystems and means of cryptographic information security" to exclude.

6.1. In the name of the Procedure and appendices of the word to it "to development, production, use, operation, certified testing, case studies, examination, import, export of cryptosystems and means of cryptographic information security, rendering of services in the field of cryptographic information security, trade in cryptosystems and means of cryptographic information security" to exclude.
