According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About allowing activities in the field of use of nuclear energy", the Procedure for licensing of separate types of activity in the field of use of nuclear energy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 6, 2000 N 1782, and for the purpose of ensuring state regulation in the field of use of nuclear energy I ORDER:

1. Approve Requirements concerning structure and contents of the report on the analysis of safety of storages for storage of radioactive waste which is applied.

2. To management of safety of the treatment of radioactive waste and removal from operation (Kutuzova T. Ya.) provide:

provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

mailing of this order according to calculation of mailing after its replication.

3. In a month after state registration of this order to provide to the state company "The State Scientific and Technological Center on Nuclear and Radiation Safety" (Vasilchenko V. M.) its replication.

4. To impose control of execution of the order on the vice-chairman Makarovskaya O. A.
