About establishment of the minimum regulations of providing the population with solid fuel and the liquefied gas and limiting indicators of their cost for provision in 2008 of privileges and housing subsidies at the expense of subvention from the government budget to local budgets
According to article 51 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2008 and about modification of some legal acts of Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve on purpose establishment of natural regulations according to which in 2008 to the population privileges and housing subsidies in cash form for expense recovery for their acquisition at the expense of the corresponding subvention from the government budget are provided to local budgets:
the minimum regulations of providing the population with preferential solid fuel and the liquefied gas - respectively one ton and one cylinder on household for year, and to persons who have such right according to article 48 of the Mountain law of Ukraine, - coal ton 3,1 on household requirements on household for year;
the minimum regulations of providing the population with solid fuel and limiting indicators of its cost and cost of the liquefied gas according to appendices 1 and 2;
the minimum regulations of providing the population with the liquefied gas which is used for cooking, for provision of housing subsidies to the population - two cylinders (42 kilograms) for year on odnogodv of the person, three cylinders (63 kilograms) - on three - four persons, four cylinders (84 kilograms) - on five and more people. In case of consumption of the liquefied gas from group reservoir installations the minimum regulation of providing with the liquefied gas constitutes 42 kilograms on one person for year, but no more than 210 kilograms.
