About creation of National institute of formation of Turkmenistan

For the purpose of acceleration of education reform, radical improvement of its scientific and methodical providing and enhancement of forms and training methods I decide:

1. Create National institute of formation of Turkmenistan.

2. Determine that the main tasks of National institute of formation of Turkmenistan are realization of single state policy in the field of education, carrying out scientific research on pedagogics, psychology and technique of teaching and enhancement of system of retraining of pedagogical personnel.

6. Permit National institute educations of Turkmenistan to have two deputy directors.

7. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan to provide in the Government budget of Turkmenistan for 1997 expenses on content of National institute of formation of Turkmenistan.
