These rules of recognition and nostrification of education documents (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 21) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 27, 2007 "About education", according to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for recognition and (or) nostrification of documents on the main average, general secondary, technical and professional, postsecondary, higher and postgraduate education of the physical persons who got education in other states and in the international or foreign educational institutions (their branches).
