Determine that if production of the goods (works, services) provided by the lists approved by this resolution is performed by organizations and the companies of criminal executive system and (or) organizations of persons with disabilities and information on the specified organizations, the companies and the organizations, and also on the goods (works, services) made by them is posted on the official site of the Russian Federation on the Internet for posting information on placing orders for the supply of goods, works and services (further - the official site), customers, and also the bodies authorized on implementation of functions on order placement for needs of customers, having the right to provide benefits to such organizations, the companies and the organizations concerning the offered contract price at the rate to 15 percent in case of order placement on deliveries of goods, performance of works rendering services for needs of customers by tendering.
