1. Approve the Technical regulation on construction products according to appendix.

2. Exclude from the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification of conformity in the regulated area, approved by the Order of the Government N 1469 of December 30, 2004. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, N 1-4, Art. 14), with the subsequent amendments, goods items with sequence numbers: 50-57; 62-65; 80-82; 84; 90-94; 116; 117; 148-155; 169; 172.

The technical regulation on construction products

I. Subject and scope

1. The technical regulation on construction products (further - the Technical regulation) is applied to the construction products specified in Items 3 and 4, in that measure in which the main requirements concerning the construction constructions provided in Item 9 are applied to it.

II. Terminology

2. The concepts used in this Technical regulation mean:

1) the technical conclusion - the document certifying possibility of use of new products, methods and the equipment in construction for which national regulating documents are not developed;

2) construction (construction construction) - the complex products (object) received as a result of production, assembly or installation of several products (materials, details, equipments, etc.), according to the project and the specified rules, by means of the installation and construction works performed by the construction organization. The concept "construction" implies in general two large categories of objects:

a) buildings;

b) preparatory work (civil appointment or engineering works).
