About approval of the Regulations on provision of immediate compensation in connection with connection to the gas pipeline of some categories of the population in the rural zone

Based on the Law N 154-XVI of July 5, 2007 on provision of immediate compensation in connection with connection to the gas pipeline of some categories of the population in the rural zone (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, N 107-111, Art. 480) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on provision of immediate compensation in connection with connection to the gas pipeline of some categories of the population in the rural zone according to the appendix N 1.

2. Financial resources for provision of immediate compensation are allocated from the government budget by means of transfers in budgets of administrative and territorial units of the second level and the budget of municipium of Belts.

3. And infrastructures and to the Agency of construction and development of the territories to provide to industry ministry necessary support in process of connection to the gas pipeline and creation of acts of final acceptance of works on connection to the gas pipeline.

4. Allocate immediate compensation to persons specified in Item 2 above of provision for connection to the gas pipeline since July 27, 2007.

5. To represent to bodies of local public authority of the second level and municipium of Belts:

annually till February 1 to the Ministry of Finance information on the financial resources necessary for payment of compensations the next year;

quarterly to the Ministry of Finance reports (reports) on use of allocated funds for compensation for expenses on connection to the gas pipeline of the corresponding categories of users in the form specified in the appendix N 2.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of local public authority.
