About formation of Turkmenneftegazstroy State concern

For the purpose of acceleration of arrangement of oil and gas fields, construction in the conditions of reforming of economy of Turkmenistan I decide constructions of other objects of oil and gas complex and enhancement of management structure:

1. Form State concern on arrangement of oil and gas fields of Turkmenistan Turkmenneftegazstroy, having included trusts "Balkanneftegazstroy", "Dashkhovuzneftetazstroy", "Lebapneftegazstroy", "Maryneftegazstroy", "Turkmenneftegazspetsmontazh" in its structure.

2. Determine that the Turkmenneftegazstroy State concern has complete economic independence and in the activities submits to the President of Turkmenistan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.

3. Assign to Turkmenneftegazstroy State concern carrying out all complex of works on arrangement of oil and gas fields, to construction new and reconstruction of the operating pipeline systems and the oil and gas processing companies, and also objects of the social sphere for the oil and gas industry.

4. Approve organizational structure of Turkmenneftegazstroy State concern according to appendix No. 1 and structure of central office of Concern according to appendix No. 2.

5. Establish the number of employees of central office of Turkmenneftegazstroy State concern in number of 60 people.

6. Permit the Chairman of Turkmenneftegazstroy State concern to have three deputies.

7. Determine the location of Turkmenneftegazstroy State concern Mr. Ashgabad.

8. To Turkmenneftegazstroy state concern to develop the project of the Regulations on Concern in a month and to submit it for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
