1.1. the customs paper confirming provision of ensuring execution of the tax liability on payment of customs duties, taxes is one of the following documents:

the certificate of ensuring payment of customs duties, taxes of the C1 form according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

the certificate of ensuring payment of customs duties, taxes of the C2 form according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

the certificate of ensuring payment of customs duties, taxes of the C3 form according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

the certificate of ensuring payment of customs duties, taxes of the C4 form according to appendix 4 to this resolution;

1.2. certificates of ensuring payment of customs duties, taxes of the forms "C1", "C2", "C4" are the customs papers confirming provision of ensuring execution of the tax liability on payment of customs duties, taxes concerning the foreign goods placed under customs procedure of customs transit;
