About approval of the Procedure for carrying out indexation of cash incomes of the population

For the purpose of implementation of the Law of Ukraine of February 6, 2003 "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About indexation of cash incomes of the population" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides No. 491-IV:

1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out indexation of cash incomes of the population it (is applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 7, 1998 No. 663 "About approval of the Procedure carrying out indexation of cash incomes of citizens" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 19, the Art. 704);

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 21, 1998 No. 2034 "About indexation of cash incomes of citizens" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 51, the Art. 1897);

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 1999 No. 1321 "About modification of Item 5 of the Procedure for carrying out indexation of cash incomes of citizens" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 30, the Art. 1522).

Procedure for carrying out indexation of cash incomes of the population

1. This Procedure determines rules of calculation of consumer price index for carrying out indexation and the amounts of indexation of cash incomes of the population and extends to the companies, organizations and the organizations irrespective of pattern of ownership and managing, the state and private contractors, and also to physical persons who use work of the hired workers.

1-1. Increase in cash incomes of citizens in connection with indexation is performed from the first which comes after month in which the consumer price index is officially published.
