1. Approve the report form on charge of collection on revival of wine growing according to the appendix N 1.

2. Approve procedure for filling of the report on charge of collection on revival of wine growing according to the appendix N 2.

3. To cancel the order GGNI N 212 of 26.11.2004 since September 1, 2006.

4. This order becomes effective since July 19, 2006.

5. Provide publication of this order in "The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova".
