Based on the Art. 5, 11 and 44 Laws on National Bank of Moldova No. 548-XIII of 21.07.95. The administrative board of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:
2. Cancel the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 49 of 6.03.2003 about approval of Regulations on creation and use of the form "Nota de contabilitate" (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 46-47 (1139-1140) of March 14, 2003).
3. This resolution is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and becomes effective since April 21, 2006.
