1. Determine that creation of schedules of quarter and monthly execution of parameters of the corresponding material balances on products types included in appendices No. 1 and 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 5, 2004 in No. 57 "About further implementation of market mechanisms of realization of highly liquid types of products, raw materials and materials" is performed taking into account factors of the predicted seasonal demand.
2. Determine that during the periods of increase in the seasonal demand on exclusive products the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition has the right:
make in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan offers on adjustment of schedules of quarter and monthly execution of parameters of material balances on highly liquid types of products of the companies - monopolists;
establish to enterprise monopolists amounts for obligatory exposure to the exchange biddings to the types of exclusive products which are not included in the nomenclature of highly liquid products.
3. Approve Regulations on procedure for exposure of exclusive types of products to the exchange biddings taking into account the seasonal demand according to appendix.
