Rules of consideration of the petition for immigration to the Azerbaijan Republic

1. Capable foreigners and stateless persons, at least two years and the reached 18 years living in the Azerbaijan Republic are temporary on legal causes, can submit the petition to the Public migratory service of the Azerbaijan Republic for permanent residence in the Azerbaijan Republic (for receipt of the status of the immigrant). The petition is issued at least in 3 months prior to the expiration of permission of person for permanent residence in the Azerbaijan Republic.

2. The status of the immigrant is provided by the Public migratory service after approval of the Ministry of homeland security.

3. Person who addressed for receipt of the status of the immigrant fills in the "statement questionnaire" attached to these rules (Appendix No. 1) and attaches the following documents certified of notarial procedure to this document:
