Standard regulations on educational institution of higher education (higher educational institution)

I. General provisions

1. This Standard provision regulates activities of state and municipal educational institutions of higher education (higher educational institutions) (daleevysshy educational institutions).

8. Higher educational institution acquires the right to conducting educational activities and to the privileges established by the legislation of the Russian Federation from the date of issue of the license to it.

9. Licensing of activities of higher educational institution and its state accreditation are performed according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

10. Higher educational institution is guided in the activities by the Federal Laws, acts of the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, public authorities under which authority higher educational institution, local government bodies, this Standard provision and the charter is.
