About enhancement of procedure of payments for the used natural gas

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine authorized banks which service current accounts with the special mode of use of the guaranteed suppliers (further - the gas supplying companies) and their structural divisions, and also the companies which perform sale of natural gas to the gas supplying companies, "Government Savings Bank of Ukraine" open joint stock company and public joint stock company "The national export-import bank of Ukraine.

2. Approve applied:

Procedure for opening (closing) for current accounts with the special mode of use for transfer of means which arrive for the used natural gas;

Procedure for carrying out calculations for natural gas.

3. Determine that:

The gas supplying companies and their structural divisions open 1) in organizations of authorized bank:

the current account with the special mode of use for transfer of means which arrive for the used natural gas from the population;

the current account with the special mode of use for transfer of means which arrive for the used natural gas from organizations and the organizations which are financed from state and local budgets (further - budgetary institutions);

the current account with the special mode of use for transfer of means which arrive for the consumed natural gas from subjects of housekeeping which make heat energy, in particular using the block (modular) boiler rooms established on roof and attached (in case of use of natural gas for production and provision to the population and the religious organizations of services in heating and hot water supply and on condition of maintaining by such subjects separate instrument and financial accounting of heat and hot water);
