Approve the Operating procedure of the organizations performing refining of precious metals, and the List of the organizations having the right to perform refining of precious metals (are applied).

Operating procedure of the organizations performing refining of precious metals

1. Action of this Procedure extends to the organizations performing refining of precious metals, irrespective of patterns of ownership (further hereinafter are referred to as - the affinaging organizations).

2. The affinaging organizations render services in purification of the extracted precious metals of impurity and the accompanying components, bringing precious metals to the quality conforming to the state, industry standards and specifications operating in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan or international standards.

3. The affinaging organization and the owner of mineral or secondary raw materials of precious metals (further in the text - raw materials) signs the agreement in which are without fail provided:

- availability at the owner of raw materials of constituent documents and license for activities with precious metals;
