About budget implementation of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for 2006

Article 1

Approve the performance report of the budget of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation (further - Fund) for 2006 according to the income in the amount 1 637 580, in 0 million rubles, from them 1 536 990, in 4 million rubles in the part which is not connected with forming of means for financing of funded portion of work pensions and on expenses in the amount 1 537 257, in 1 million rubles, from them 1 529 577, in 8 million rubles in the part which is not connected with forming of means for financing of funded portion of work pensions with excess of the income over expenses in the amount of the 100th 322, by 9 million rubles, from them the 7th 412, in 6 million rubles in the part which is not connected with forming of means for financing of funded portion of work pensions with the following indicators:

1) sources of internal financing of budget deficit of Fund for 2006 according to appendix 1 to this Federal Law;

2) budget receipts of Fund for 2006 according to appendix 2 to this Federal Law;

3) expense structure of the budget of Fund for 2006 according to appendix 3 to this Federal Law;

4) expenses of the budget of Fund on provision of pensions for 2006 according to appendix 4 to this Federal Law;

5) the income and expenses of the budget of Fund connected with forming of means for financing of funded portion of work pensions for 2006 according to appendix 5 to this Federal Law.

Article 2

Consider the means of the federal budget transferred into the budget of Fund in 2006 in the amounts approved by the Federal Law of December 26, 2005 N 189-FZ "About the federal budget for 2006", directed by Fund to the corresponding payments financed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation by means of the federal budget, and provided by appendix 2 to this Federal Law.

Article 3

1. Permit to compensate Fonda the costs made in 2006 by budget funds of Fund in the amount 1 130, of one million rubles on implementation of the Federal Law of March 21, 2005 N 18-FZ "About means of the federal budget, the insurance premiums allocated to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for compensation of payment for the period of child care before achievement of age of one and a half years by it and the period of passing of military service" by balance of the federal budget, provided in 2006 on pension payment, financed by means of the federal budget.

2. Determine that balance of the federal budget for the January 1, 2007 formed in the budget of Fund as a result of incomplete use of assignments for implementation of pension payment and other social payments, in the total amount of the 4th 699, of 0 million rubles, including on implementation of pension payment, financed by means of the federal budget, in the amount of 3rd 182, of 7 million rubles, monthly money payments to disabled people in the amount 1 516, 3 million rubles, go Fund to the specified purposes in 2007.

3. Determine that:
