Based on part one of Item 1 and Item 2 of Article 44 of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish the list of the narcocontaining plants and the natural narcocontaining raw materials according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
