1. Add Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 1999 with No. 1332 "About streamlining of calculations of the population for use of premises and utilities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 68, 5/1526; 2001, No. 17, 5/5199) subitem 1.82 of the following content:
"1.82. the service fee of water supply and the sewerage from the employers, owners of premises, members of the organizations of the citizens builders who established in 2008 at the expense of own means in the operated housing stock individual metering devices of consumption of water and signed agreements with the water supplying organization is levied in the first 2 years after installation of the specified devices with 20 percent discount from the rates for these services established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;".
2. Determine that the service fee of water supply and the sewerage from employers, the owners of premises, members of the organizations of the builders who established at the expense of own means in the operated housing stock individual metering devices of consumption of water and signed agreements with the water supplying organization till January 1, 2008 is levied in the first 3 years after installation of the specified devices with 20 percent discount from the rates for these services established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
