About measures for collection of payments for use of natural resources for mining

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for collection of payments for use of natural resources for mining which is applied.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. To the ministry of protection of the surrounding environment:

provide conducting state examination of the materials of geological and economic studying of inventories of minerals given subsoil users which assessment is carried out till 2005 till January 1, 2009;

together with the State committee on industrial safety, labor protection and mountain supervision to develop and approve the instruction of accounting of amount of the extinguished and extracted minerals and their losses;

together with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of industrial policy, the Ministry of the coal industry, the Ministry of Fuel and Energy and State Tax Administration to prepare also tax till October 1, 2008. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine technique of project development of investment of the companies which are formed for the purpose of mining, having provided in it procedure for establishment of industrial value of inventories of minerals and their cost assessment.
