2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 27, 2002 No. 1340 "About approval of the List of the organizations realizing to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus automotive vehicles of national production under agreements of finance lease (leasing)" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 144, 5/11252);
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 27, 2003 No. 694 "About entering of amendments into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 27, 2002 No. 1340" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 61, 5/12517).
3. This resolution becomes effective since May 10, 2004.
