About some measures for improvement of sales terms of vehicles of national production

For the purpose of improvement of sales terms of vehicles of national production, providing of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus performing city, suburban and long-distance transportations of passengers, and also international carriages of loads and passengers with them I decide:

1. Determine that:

1.1. the vehicles acquired at proizvoditelyarezident of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of execution of agreements of finance lease (further - leasing), are given at contractual cost * under these agreements by the organizations which list affirms Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in coordination with the President of the Republic of Belarus (further - lessors), to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus (further - leasing recipients):

* For the purposes of this Decree contractual cost is understood as the selling price of the vehicle established by the manufacturing organization, increased by the expenses of the lessor connected with acquisition, registration and additional equipment of this vehicle.

1.1.1. for international carriages of loads and passengers if for acquisition of the vehicle the credits of banks or means of banks in foreign currency, with the following provisions are utilized:

advance payment - no more than 15 percent from the contractual cost provided in the agreement of leasing;
