About some questions of realization of vehicles on the terms of finance lease (leasing)

For the purpose of assistance to development of finance lease (leasing) of vehicles, improvement of the investment climate:

1. Determine that the vehicles acquired in 2013-2015 at the expense of the credits of banks by legal entities of the Republic of Belarus - lessors (further - lessors) at producers - the residents of the Republic of Belarus having the average number of workers for January 1, 2013 more than 20 thousand people are given under agreements of finance lease (leasing) to the organizations and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus (further - leasing recipients) with establishment of remuneration (income) of the lessor who is not exceeding 2 annual interest rates.

2. Perform within no more than 5 years from the date of receipt of the credits called in Item 1 of this Decree, compensation to lessors at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on other questions in the field of the industry, constructions and architecture, parts of interest for using these credits in the amount of:

50 percent of refunding rate of National Bank, but no more than 12 annual interest rates, - on the loans granted in Belarusian rubles;

50 percent of rate on the credit, but no more than 4 annual interest rates, in Belarusian rubles on the official rate of National Bank for date of compensation - on the loans granted in foreign currency.

3. Recognize invalid:
