1. This Procedure determines the mechanism and methods of realization of material values of the state reserve (further - material values), in particular mobilization.
2. In this Procedure terms are used in the following value:
1) auction for method of increase in the price method of realization of lot by holding the auction in electronic trading system through electronic platforms which consists in repeating of the procedure of advance in price which is carried out in three rounds in real time;
2) the auction for method of step-by-step decrease in the starting price and the subsequent submission of price offers methods of realization of lot which is performed in electronic trading system and includes automatic step-by-step decrease in the starting price of lot and stage of submission of price offers (on condition of implementation of rate by the participant);
