1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the Main state inspectorate of protection of plants of Minagropolitiki of Ukraine for approval on licensing for chemical remedies of plants which import is subject to licensing in 2008 (further - the Procedure) which is applied.
2. (Dovgan S. V.) to provide to the main state inspection of protection of plants provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy minister Melnik S. I.
