Regulations on procedure for providing with public welfare payments

This Provision is developed according to the Law of Turkmenistan "About public welfare payments" and determines general rules and procedure for providing with public welfare payments (benefits hereinafter are referred to as further).

General provisions

1. Allowances are granted to citizens of Turkmenistan, foreign persons and stateless persons (citizens hereinafter are referred to as further) in the presence of the corresponding bases established by the Law of Turkmenistan "About public welfare payments" for each type of benefits.

2. If person having the right to benefit is minor or incapacitated, the request for its appointment is made by his parents or the guardian.
