1. Consider commercial society "IMC Market" of Ltd company the winner of the investment tender "Development of network of supermarkets in the territory of the Republic of Moldova" which is carried out according to the Order of the Government N 112 of February 1, 2007.
2. Demand from bodies of local public authority Aneny Noy, Kakhul, Comrat, Drokiya, Hynchesht, Rezina, Ungen, Forty, Orkhey, мун. Chisinau and мун. Бэлць to begin negotiations with commercial society "IMC Market" of Ltd company concerning provision of the parcels of land for construction in these settlements of supermarkets, and also for determination of financial conditions. Provide lands according to the investment agreements or lease agreements signed directly between commercial society "IMC Market" of Ltd company and specified by bodies of public management.
3. Approve the main characteristics of the parcels of land provided for construction of network of supermarkets according to appendix.
4. To the bodies of local public authority specified in Item 2 of this resolution in 3-month time to inform the Government on the taken measures.
5. And the food industry to give to the Ministry of Health together with the Ministry of Agriculture help during creation in the constructed supermarkets of sanitary and veterinary laboratories.
6. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of local public authority and the Ministry of Economy and Trade.
