In pursuance of the Law on domestic trade N 749-XIII of February 23, 1996. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, N 31, the Art. 318) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the Specification on carrying out investment tender "Development of network of supermarkets in the territory of the Republic of Moldova" according to the appendix N 1.

2. Form Commission on the organization and carrying out investment tender "Development of network of supermarkets in the territory of the Republic of Moldova" and to approve its members according to the appendix N 2.

3. Confer to the Ministry of Economy and Trade powers for the organization and carrying out within 2 months from the date of enforcement of this resolution of investment tender "Development of network of supermarkets in the territory of the Republic of Moldova".

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Economy and Trade.
