About formation of State commission on registration of remedies of plants

For the purpose of streamlining of delivery and effective use of chemical and biological remedies of plants, herbicides, regulators of growth of the plants and defoliants applied in agricultural production I decide:

1. Form under the Ministry of rural and water farms of Turkmenistan State commission on registration of remedies of plants in structure according to appendix.

Assign to said commission of function on registration and re-registration of chemical and biological remedies of plants, herbicides, regulators of growth of plants and defoliants, and also on creation of the list of the medicines permitted for application in the territory of Turkmenistan.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on State commission on registration of remedies of plants.

3. Determine that all expenses connected with registration and re-registration of remedies of plants, regulators of growth of plants and defoliants are made at the expense of the means arriving from registrants.

4. Determine executive body of State commission by registration of remedies of plants Service of protection of plants of the Ministry of rural and water farms of Turkmenistan, having increased the number of employees of central office of the Ministry by 1 unit.

5. Determine that the list of the medicines permitted for application in the territory of Turkmenistan is the official document determining assortment and the regulations of use of remedies of plants of N of other medicines in agricultural production for the companies and the organizations of all patterns of ownership.
