1. Determine that:

a) at the request of the customs applicant declaration of goods, placed under customs regimes of release for free circulation or export, can be made by submission of the customs declaration in the form of the written application which contains the data necessary for the customs purposes, taking into account the features given in appendix to this Order provided that:

- total customs value of goods does not exceed the amount, equivalent 1000 US dollars;

- goods move the same person on account of obligation fulfillment under one agreement or movement of goods is not connected with execution of contractual commitments;

- goods are transported on one vehicle;

- goods are at the same time provided to customs authority;

b) submission of the customs declaration in the form of the statement shall be followed by submission of documents which list is given in appendix to this Order.
