Administrative regulations of execution of the state function on registration, issue, prolongation of effective period, recovery and revocation of visas of foreign citizens and stateless persons

I. General provisions

1. The administrative regulations (further - Administrative regulations) execution of the state function (further - the state function) on registration, issue, prolongation of effective period, recovery and revocation of visas of foreign citizens and stateless persons (further - the foreign citizen) establish terms and the sequence of actions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, territorial authorities - representations the MFA of Russia in the territory of the Russian Federation, diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Russian Federation (further - divisions of system the MFA of Russia), and also procedure for their interaction on execution of this state function.

2. The state function is performed:
