1. Approve the inventory and their minimal customs value which will form the basis when calculating customs payments on the goods imported to the country by physical persons according to appendix.

2. To management of information technologies and customs statistics to provide to monthly Main state tax authorities and the Center for fight against economic crimes and corruption information on commercial transactions of economic agents on import where customs value of goods was declared less than 40% of their selling average price at the domestic market presented by National bureau of statistics.

3. For the purpose of determination of legality of the import permit of the goods which were in the use (intended for business or productive activity) to claim without fail presentation of the certificate of conformity issued by competent authorities. - Item 3 is suspended by the Order N of the 418th of 30.10.2007.

4. To assign execution of this order to chiefs of customs.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on Managements of customs procedures (V. Shvets), information technologies and customs statistics (G. Varanits) and tariff customs regulation (S. Vylk).
