Based on Item c) Articles 18, Article 22 and Item i) parts (2) article 33 of the Law N 186-XV of April 24, 2003. "About assessment of conformity of products" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, N 141-145, Art. 566) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification of conformity in the regulated area it (is applied).

2. The technical regulations developed by the regulating bodies of the public power shall contain criteria and assessment procedures of compliance, and also to determine groups of products which are subject to obligatory assessment of conformity in the regulated area.

On approval date of technical regulations of group of products to which the corresponding technical regulations extend will be excluded from the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification of conformity in the regulated area.

3. To department of standardization and metrology in 30-day time to develop and approve the regulating document establishing the procedure of confirmation of conformity of products by means of the declaration of conformity of the producer (supplier).

4. Products compliance to provisions of technical regulations and/or national standards can be confirmed as by means of the certificates of conformity issued by accredited and authorized bodies on certification and by means of the declaration of conformity of producers (suppliers), on condition of satisfaction to the criteria established in the regulating document developed according to Item 2 of this resolution.
