1. Approve Regulations on procedure for the organization and holding the auction on the right of carrying out reconstruction of the house in case of superstructure of premises of the increased comfort and (or) non-residential premises it (is applied).
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 2, 1997 No. 432 "About measures for the organization of mansard construction" (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1997, No. 14, the Art. 510);
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 15, 1999 No. 525 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 2, 1997 No. 432" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 32, 5/624).
3. This resolution becomes effective since March 22, 2008.
