About Judicial department of the Kyrgyz Republic and Training center of judges under the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Remove Judicial department under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic from maintaining the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and enter it into system of judicial branch of the power of the Kyrgyz Republic, having transformed to Judicial department of the Kyrgyz Republic. Assign to Judicial department of the Kyrgyz Republic of function on material logistics of local courts of the Kyrgyz Republic, National council for justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and bodies of judicial self-government, and also on execution of court and other resolutions, stipulated by the legislation. Remove Training center of judges of the Kyrgyz Republic from maintaining Judicial department of the Kyrgyz Republic and enter it into system of judicial branch of the power of the Kyrgyz Republic, having transformed to Training center of judges under the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic. Determine that training and advanced training of judges, government employees of offices of courts of the Kyrgyz Republic, Judicial department of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also training of applicants for positions of judges of local courts of the Kyrgyz Republic is performed only in Training center of judges under the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Keep behind Training center of judges under the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, the buildings (rooms) which are earlier occupied by Judicial department of the Kyrgyz Republic and its divisions and the used property.
