About approval of Rules of implementation of currency transactions in the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of currency transactions in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2007 and is subject to official publication.

3. From the date of enforcement of this resolution to recognize invalid:

1) the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2005 No. 134 "About approval of Rules of implementation of currency transactions in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 3971, published on November 1-30, 2005 in official publications of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan "? aza? camp? ltta? Bank? N?? Habarshysa" and "Bulletin of National Bank of Kazakhstan");

2) the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 12, 2006 No. 75 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2005 No. 134 "About approval of Rules of implementation of currency transactions in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 4410, published on October 18, 2006 in republican newspapers "For? newspapers?" and "The legal newspaper").

4. To department of paying balance and currency control (N.N.'s Dyugay):

2) in ten-day time from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this resolution to bring it to the attention of the interested divisions of central office and territorial branches of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, banks of the second level and Consolidation of legal entities "The association of financiers of Kazakhstan".
