1. Approve the Procedure for medical examination for the purpose of detection of infection with human immunodeficiency virus, accounting, physical examination of HIV - infected and preventive observation of them and the List of persons which are subject to obligatory confidential medical examination on HIV - infection according to epidemiological indications (are applied).

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 4, 1995 No. 312 "About measures for accomplishment of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About prevention of disease AIDS".
