According to Item 3 of the Procedure for development and approval of administrative regulations of execution of the state functions (provision of the state services) approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 11, 2005 N 679 (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 47, Art. 4933; 2007, N 50, to the Art. 6285), I order:

1. Approve the enclosed Administrative regulations of FFMS of Russia of execution of the state function according to the annual publication in mass media of the reporting on means of pension accruals and financial results of their investment, audit opinions on the reporting of subjects of the relations under forming and investment of means of pension accruals, data on forming and financial results of investment of funds of pension reserves and on forming and financial results of investment of means of pension accruals.

2. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy manager of the Federal Service for Financial Markets E. I. Kuritsyna.

I. General provisions

1.1. These Administrative regulations of FFMS of Russia determine forms, terms and the sequence of actions of FFMS of Russia in case of execution of the state function by the annual publication in mass media of the reporting on means of pension accruals and financial results of their investment, audit opinions on the reporting of subjects of the relations under forming and investment of means of pension accruals (further - the Reporting), data on forming and financial results of investment of funds of pension reserves and on forming and financial results of investment of means of pension accruals (further - Data).

1.2. Name of the state function: the annual publication in mass media of the reporting on means of pension accruals and financial results of their investment, audit opinions on the reporting of subjects of the relations under forming and investment of means of pension accruals, data on forming and financial results of investment of funds of pension reserves and on forming and financial results of investment of means of pension accruals.

1.3. Execution of the state function is performed according to the following regulatory legal acts:

- The Federal Law of 24.07.2002 N 111-FZ "About investment of means for financing of funded portion of work pension in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 30, Art. 3028; 2003, N 1, Art. 13; 2003, N 46, Art. 4431; 2004, N 31, Art. 3217; 2005, N 1, Art. 9; 2005, N 19, Art. 1755; 2006, N 6, the Art. 636) (further - the Federal Law N 111-FZ);

- the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 18.10.2003 N 634 "About approval of forms by the published Federal Service for Financial Markets of the reporting on means of pension accruals and financial results of their investment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, N 43, Art. 4242; 2004, N 35th Art. 3639; 2004, N 52, Art. 5522);

- the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 08.12.2005 N 751 "About approval of forms of the publication in mass media of data on forming and financial results of investment of funds of pension reserves and about forming and financial results of investment of means of pension accruals" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 51, the Art. 5539);

- the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 04.11.2003 N 669 "About the authorized federal executive body performing state regulation of activities of non-state pension funds for non-state pension provision, mandatory pension insurance and professional pension insurance, supervision and control of the specified activities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, N 45, Art. 4388; 2006, N 2, Art. 226; 2007, N 12, Art. 1414);

- The regulations on the Federal Service for Financial Markets approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 30.06.2004 N 317 (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, N 27, Art. 2780; 2005, N 33, Art. 3429; 2006, N 13, Art. 1400; 2006, N 52, Art. 5587; 2007, N 12, Art. 1417).

II. Requirements to procedure for execution of the state function

2.1. Procedure for informing on execution of the state function

2.1.1. FFMS of Russia for the purpose of informing the organizations and other persons creates open and public state information resources about execution of the state function by publication on the website of FFMS of Russia of the text of Administrative regulations and results of its execution.

2.1.2. Inquiries for receipt of explanations in the order of execution of the state function should be sent to central office of FFMS of Russia by mail or in the way of transfer to expedition of central office of FFMS of Russia.

2.2. Completion dates of the state function

2.2.1.
