For the purpose of improvement of quality of bill activities I DECIDE:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of approval of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of drafts of the laws introduced by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Majilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 19, 1996 No. 3044 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for approval of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of plans of bill works of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and with Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of drafts of the laws introduced by the Government to the Majilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, No. 28, the Art. 239).
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
