Based on Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 19, 1999 "About some measures for price stabilization (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" for the purpose of streamlining of realization of tobacco products the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 285
1. Approve the price list "Retail Prices on Tobacco Products" according to appendix 1.
2. To the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs having retail chain stores (wholesale and retail trade, public catering) to make as of April 3, 2008 revaluation of remaining balance of tobacco products according to the approved price list. To carry difference from revaluation of remaining balance of products on results of economic activity according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.
4. This resolution becomes effective since April 3, 2008.
