Procedure and conditions of use of the Unified register of objects of state-owned property

1. This Procedure determines requirements concerning provision of information (data and/or excerpt) from the Unified register of objects of state-owned property (further - the Register).

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the values given in Regulations on the Unified register of objects of state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 14, 2004 No. 467 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 23, 2005 No. 142).

3. Manager Reestra is the Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine (further - the Manager).

4. Users of the Register are public authorities, local government bodies, the companies, organizations, the organizations and citizens (further - users).

5. Provision of information from the Register is non-paid for all users within their powers determined by the current legislation.
