1.1. This Procedure is developed according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About aircraft" and requirements of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and establishes procedure for drawing national and registration signs, the state symbolics of the Azerbaijan Republic on the aircraft, external coloring of aircrafts.
1.2. This Procedure extends to all civil aircrafts operated by legal entities and physical persons of the Azerbaijan Republic, except for following:
