1. Found Directorate of the project on development of small and medium power in the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve Regulations on Directorate of the project on development of small and medium power in the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Directorate of the project).

3. Determine that the Directorate of the project is independent legal entity and performs the activities on the principles of self-financing.

4. Determine that the scheme and management structure, and also the number of staff of employees of Directorate of the project is determined by her director.

7. To the ministries, departments, local public administrations to render every possible assistance to Directorate of the project in realization of the tasks assigned to it.

8. To impose control of execution of this Decree on department of economic and social policy of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

9. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
