1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on order of interaction between state bodies in case of state registration (re-registration) of legal entities, branches and representations by the principle of "single window".

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- for the purpose of ensuring financing of the actions directed to implementation of the principle of "single window" to allocate money from the republican budget in the amount of 2, of 8 million som, from them:

To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic - 1750000 som;

To National Statistical Committee of Kyrgyz Respubliki880000 of som;

To the state committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on taxes and fees - 87000 som;

To social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic - 87000 som;

- submit in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the relevant bill of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2008".
