According to article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About mortgage" and for the purpose of accomplishment of Item 2 of the order of the Prime Minister of Ukraine of July 9, 2003 N 40341 State commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Approve Regulations on requirements to standard (standard) form of the form mortgage it (is applied).
2. Provide to the executive secretary M. Kaskevich:
state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
the publication of this decision according to the current legislation.
3. The decision becomes effective from the effective date the Law of Ukraine "About mortgage" since January 1, 2004.
4. Control of execution of this decision to assign to the Executive secretary of M. Kaskevich.
