1. The legal entities and individual entrepreneurs included by the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus in the list (appendix 1), shall direct information on the level of selling prices to the goods made in the Republic of Belarus on the line items approved with them information analytically to the republican unitary enterprise "Center for the Prices" of department of price policy of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus (further - the center) within five working days from the date of their approval in form according to appendix 3. The center provides the monthly edition of the newsletter "Prices and rates".

2. The legal entities and individual entrepreneurs making goods from the raw materials transferred by the nonresident of the Republic of Belarus to conversion on conditions to be provided shall direct information on level of the selling prices created by them to these goods (except the goods which are exported out of republic limits) within five working days from the date of their approval to 1 center for form specified in Item according to appendix 4.

The legal entities and individual entrepreneurs importing the goods included in the inventory according to appendix 2, shall in five-day time from the moment of approval of selling prices and (or) contract prices from the date of registration to provide information on their level to the center for form according to appendix 5.

3. Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs by written requests of other legal entities and individual entrepreneurs provide information on level of the applied or created selling prices on the made goods and (or) imported within five working days from the moment of receipt of request.

4. Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for receipt of price information on goods have the right to address to the center (if they did not receive from producers and (or) importers of goods the relevant information, stipulated in Item 3rd this Instruction, and it is not published in the newsletter "Prices and rates") which in writing requests price information from producers and (or) importers of goods.
